I have just started my second city and after building a power plant and 4 sewage plants I have tried to sell these utilities to my 1st city. Everything seems to be fine as the first city seems to be getting power and sending the sewage out no problem but I am not gaining any income in my second city from selling these utilities for some reason. Is this a known issue or am I doing something wrong?
