Could a bulldozer utility or service easily be added to the game? It is very inconvenient having to delete all of the rubble, especially as the city is developing (and in my play-style, I avoid caring about services until I have about 2million). If it is not possible, what about a mod that simply deletes ALL rubble/abandoned buildings? Are there currently any mods to upgrade all roads? If not, would it be an easy thing to make? With the grid system that I use, I spend about 45min adding the complete road system, and by then I have about 1.5million. I am usually left with 400+ roads to upgrade one-by-one, which takes about an hour and a half. Thank you for your time!
