You could download a few of the 'helper' or whatever files from the lot exchange -- the fountain of fortune is fairly innocent, but there is one that gives something insane per month (the fountain is 250 a month, per fountain) Throw in a few thousand of those, and you get cash. Very fast. (makes for quick map-fills)
