  2. my specs are : amd phenom II 8 cores cpu ( 3.20 each ) 670 GTX overclocked 1280 mb 16 gb ram ddr 3 , 777 freq . 1200 w power supply . and still , when filling the city with structures and buildings , fps goes down to around 25 + - .. this is really annoying , considering me , as an fps perfectionist . any ideas?
