  1. Fps issue

    I got nvidia GT650M and 6gb ram,i7 and i can't even get up to 15 fps even with all settings pulled down to medium. Tthat's just horrible to play ! Is it my connection my gpu, cpu ? Oh and i installed simcity on SSD, don't know if that was a really good idea... Thanks for your help
