  1. I've noticed it, too. Possibly it means there is too much empty space in the zone. Maybe planting trees will help.

    I am trying to build an arcology but can't get it to register the TV's I send. Have send thousands of TVs, I can see the trucks move them into the GW area but nothing registers on the meter. Doesn't matter which city is sending them. any suggestions?
