    So I'm running Rush Hour US English on Mountain Lion with the Aspyr patch, and I'm curious how, if it's even possible at all, to switch my language to UK English (or UKEnglsh ; ) in order to get left-side traffic. All of the info out there is about the Windows version, and it invariably calls for editing the Registry, which is necessarily impossible on the Mac OS version. Any advice?

    It seems like just running the Steam version in Parallels might be the best option overall for me at this point, to be honest. Thanks for the help, though!

    This is seeming pretty tempting given the difficulties of using a lot of patches and stuff on the native Mac OS version, especially in Mountain Lion. Does the Steam version play nicely with all this?
