That will help with your truck movement. Isn't necessary if you have an oil well on your map, just edit it and place the service road wherever you want. (Only trade trucks will drive on them)

It happened when I was stacking them really fast. I built 4 high schools in a couple of minutes and got tired of slowly adding classrooms, so I clicked pretty fast and that happened. It was still like that until my city disappeared.

Citizens outside of the city at the time of attack have been stranded; no home, no neighbors, no distict smell of over-crowding...just a job and a paycheck. Forced to live in the dark, criminal infested, side streets of their booming employers business of processors and smelting. Who knows when their home shall return? Until then, it's working until your lungs give out to the gaseous atmosphere of industry.

Wanted to try and see if you could build all R, 7% taxes, basic services (water, power, trash, fire) and still come out positive. Now the city just afk-runs. I check back every 30~ minutes and delete a few burned down buildings. But that's about it. Steady profit for my other cities to utilize.
