I have a city of about 20k population, plenty of jobs, parks everywhere, easy access from residential to industrial and vice versa and excellent public transportation. I demolish houses out of money and more show up, I can't keep up. Over 100 homeless living in parks and crime's up the roof. We need a fix for this.

I too started having the same problem with multiple earthquakes and lizards on the only city I'm working on. Decided to abandon the region and start the same city from scratch in sandbox mode without the unrealistic lizards and zombie attacks. Now my new city is filled with homeless and people out of money for no reason, WTF?

Yeah, parks have very odd placements due to everything having to be placed along streets, many parks end up alone in corners with odd building placement as well. The best are lined trees but these are mid wealth parks. It also looks odd having to place a street to the middle of nowhere just to add a park. Would be nice if they added pedestrian walkways.
