Should I be able to build a Metals, Petroleum, and Electronics HQ? I accidentally built Electronics before Petroleum and can't get access to plastic. My HQ is fully upgraded. Is this a bug or are you allowed to only have 2 of the 3? Thank you for your help! [edit] For some reason restarting my client allowed me to build the Petroleum division. Near the entrance to my city, all my traffic has been stopped for literally days. Emergency vehicles surround the red strips of traffic in this screen shot and refuse to move: https://imgur.com/mIpmpgR The emergency vehicles (mostly police cars) have been there for almost 3 days now and I don't know what to do. I tried changing all of the roads to medium density to eliminate stoplights, but it still won't budge. If I demolish the road, I lose all the surrounding buildings. I guess I could demolish all my police stations, but that doesn't sound cheap either. I'm not even certain that will get rid of the vehicles that have frozen my traffic. Don't know if it matters, but a zombie outbreak had just occurred in this area before all the emergency vehicles got stuck. Is this a known bug? Is there a fix? Will my city be stuck like this forever? Any help or ideas would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Well, that's awesome... I guess I can't play my city until EA fixes their $%&^!. Really, I can't play any city because if I build a Recycling Center or emergency vehicles, these known issues will just end up ruining my city. Extremely frustrating.
