  1. 2.0 pollution problem?

oh my gawd, cannot not even get a city started up with all that pollution
  2. No proft in "non-specialty" cities

im currently building only RCI cities and my profit per hour is over 15k on medium densities, the trick is trying to to keep that when upgrading to high density buildings because all of a sudden, your industry starts making alot less profit in comparison to medium size industry.
  3. Fraternities in SimCity

its wierd, they say 5 is the max yet i have 8 in my city.
  4. yes but not for the 80$ digital deluxe... wish i picked it up from amazon for the 40$???. the thing is, i must have built about 50 cities, improving my layouts and learning more about the mechanics of the game but yet to feel any real sense of accomplishment because its too damn easy
  5. Traffic and Transportation Engineering

my city is completely full of 4 way intersections, 200k pop and little traffic. Heres the thing, shoppers, working commutters, and even students going to university will all cause traffic IF they dont find what they are looking for, for example, if i have 2000 workers going towards my industrial park, make sure u have 2000+ jobs there, even though theres a high volume of people moving, they all get a job and that means less cars on the road. If u only have 1000 jobs available, the other 1000 will just turn around and go back home and THIS is what causes traffic, not 4 way intersections. Same logic with shoppers and students. The key is to use ur data layers ALWAYS. the pop count is important as well as commercial and industrial. If you use the pop layer and see a whole bunch of workers commuting, just make sure that there are jobs where they are going and you should have little traffic problems.
