I have a city population of 196k with a maxed out dump and recycle center but it only collects apx right now 1,481/2,720 garbage and 3,970/45,000 recyclables, how do I get them to collect more, they are maxed with vehicles and everything else, do I need to build more dump and recycle centers, will this help? I have alot of unfilled jobs that I just realized, will building more residential help with this maybe ? Thanks for some feedback
