Hi, Last night I started a 2nd city in my region. After starting it up i wanted to send some money over from my first city to this new one to speed up the evolution, howerver, the game crashed when loading it. Now when i try to connect to it i just stay stuck on the loading screen forever. now it's been 30 minutes + and it's still going on. Has the progress been lost, or is something else going on here? Anyone had the same problem?

That's most likley because the previous owner had downloadable content you don't have, and used some of it to build the city. Plubomb park as an example.
