  1. Even worse... I'm working on an Int'l Airport and the city I started building it with is the furthest away in that group of 4 from the great works site. I started building up the nearest city, so I could send material from there instead and speed up the construction process, but when I click on the great works while in the NEW city it asks me to choose which type I want to START building when I know it already has half of its material delivered. FRUSTRATING!!!!
