Hello I am having same problem and just found this post. I just posted in Bugs and issues area about same thing. I myself am not using the GOL cheat..i dont even know what that is..but have just recently downloaded alot of new custom lots and have only plopped some industrial bldgs and billboards.And shortly after that the green flashing began. What the heck is that about..any help would be appreciated. Thanks Wodsworth

Once again THANKS GUYS for the compliments and encouragement. And dHoppeii i have visited your region and CJ and yours was one that inspired me..i love the wood frame pics and the city and country scenes..like Nardo's. But will be abit before i do any country lots..as i just loaded NAM and it kinda screwed a few things up...lol. Thanks for compliments...I aim to please Anyways..90 percent of lots have grown..only plopped afew buildings. The Pre-Fab part..well..i am a neat freak and like things in order and organized..its a pet peeve of mine in everything i do...drives my friends crazy.. Hello Nardo Good Updates as always..i am going to add Rural to mine soon because of you..looks great.May have to use a couple of your ideas..hope thats okay..they look good. Question and Reply: You posted in my CJ..thank you by the way..about the NAM..i have concern with that..maybe you know? I naver have loaded it because in its instructions..it clearly states and emphisis's that its for Sim City 4 Deluxe Edition only....I have the original and then added the adder pack...so from reading that post i elected not to load it..for i dont have the deluxe game...Is this true or am i just acting my age...old....and reading to much into it..otherwise i will get it. Re: Tunnel Roads...lol..yes they are bit sloped..makes for good jumps coming out of tunnels fast...not so good going fast in..probably would fly over tunnel enterance..lol I was planning on fixing that but was so busy painting the city green..and trying to keep a handle on buildings go black early on me..i forgot. Well Well...once again i find myself starting to love rural settings..I was just reviewing another CJ and found that i will be adding some rural settings to my region..this just secures it forsure!(always just liked building cities..ignoring the realistic part of it).. Another fine job of farming etc..great layouts and ideas.
