  1. go to \SimCity\SimCityData\Config and make a copy of ConfigManager.txt in case of something. open it with text editor, ctrl+f and search for 2001 delete this. AND READ CAREFULLY at this line : delete ONLY this 2 lines: hopefully this will work.
