    Had the same problem. Fixed it by buldozing the 4 garages in my trade depot, and then placing 4 new (on the same spot). Got the trucks out of the depot asap. Guess the "old" drivers held some sort of "silent strike" - they may be unemployed now, but atleast i had my full stock of 8000 processors exporting again.
