Thanks Zpike! But sometimes it's strange that the R said "no shops" while there is a C exactly next to it and sometimes R said no schools but there is a school bus stop right in front of it or even a school is next to it... is this a bug?

Hi everyone. I've a city with 236k ppl but the population seems to stop growing for a long time (it's now year 11 ). Most of the buildings are high density but they do not hit the far end of the "density bar" so I assume that the density of those buildings can still upgrade. Any idea on how to get more ppl?
