I am thrilled that people are flocking to my city, but should the highways we have no control over outside the city region really be this congested? Can we have an upgrade... to say... an 8 lane highway or something?

Why is there no option to charge or set rates for these services? It would be nice to be able to garner a little revenue from some significant investment on these items. Is there a way? Am I missing something?

I have police everywhere. It's like a military zone. Yet at city hall, I get a message that a bunch of douche bags are protesting "Too Much Crime" - How is this possible. I have great police coverage, plenty of open jail cells to keep the hooligans... Something seems off...

It took me a few tries to get this working. You have to upgrade on exports and meet a certain $$ requirement. What I did to get the upgrades was this... In my trading depot, I made the ALL oil holding facilities. I choose USE LOCALLY on them and waited until they were all totally full. Then, I made sure there was a big, clear road from the trade depot to the exit from my city boundary... The choose EXPORT. The mass exodus of oil and incoming trade money helped me to hit the $$ goal for my next upgrade.

My truck just sits on the road outside my city boundaries. Nothing I can do to get it moving. For all the 'regional' and multi-user touting EA did... I would think this would be one of the few things that would be broke.
