Hello all! I signed up for the forums just so I can download this plugin and begin my fun on Sim City 4. I was not expecting to have to post with problems but here I am... Here is some background info. Windows 7 SP1 Sim City 4 (no updates or other mods/plugins have been installed) So like I said I downloaded the plugin and extracted the dll. I placed the dll in C:\Users\UserName\Documents\SimCity 4\Plugins. I did not put the dll in a folder, it is directly in the root of the plugin directory. I launched the game and loaded my city, hit ctrl-x got the prompt to enter codes like usual, but when I right click I get nothing. When I type in the codes I cannot hit enter for a properly typed code.... So I rebooted the computer as I seen others have done the same, no dice... So I thought maybe I need to load the dll in the C:\Program Files\Maxis\SimCity 4\Plugins. I put the dll in there, not in a sub folder, directly in the root... Same thing again... Tried rebooting, same thing... I noticed someone said they were able to put the dll in a subfolder and it work, so I tried that, no dice... I thought maybe the download was corrupt, so I downloaded it again, no dice... I am very tech savvy and have read all of the posts here but am lost as to why this is not working... Am I missing a dependency of some sort, like do I need to have a mod/add-on/update done? Do I need Rush Hour for this to work? Thanks! 83rw
