  1. WRT to the Error assigning the File Handle. #EC0 Line 0 Failed to write to file. Please report this bug. #EC1 Failed to close this file Handle. #EC2 I found removing the read-only attribute from "Graphics Rules.sgr" took care of them for me. (Win7/64bit)
