  1. this is my specs but im a console gamer but I have always owned SimCity so idk much about pc specs windows 8 AMD E-300 APU with Radeon HD Graphics 1.30 GHz 4 gigs of ram with 3.60 usable 64-bit OS, x64 based processor I did find out my processor is dual core thanks,

    I have a hp notebook 2000 pc running AMD E-300 apu with Radeon hd Graphics 1.30GHz 4 gigs of ram with 3.60 usable 64bit OS x64 based processor im not an expert with pc im a console gamer but I like SimCity so any help would be appreciated thanks in advance
