My doubt is about the time it takes to update the "statistics" in the region, I will cite an example. I have a city, so I put the city in the city, update the city with the tourism department. After a few minutes I'm going to another town in the same region. When I arrive in a new city, it appears that I updated my city, and it takes a long time to recognize that the second city I updated the first city in the prefecture. Anyway, after a while, it appears that already has the tourism department in the region. Another thing is that I put a sewage treatment system, the second city, but not the first city recognizes that sewage treatment is the second city, then do not ask how I got the second city to take my sewer, it vai already more or less 40 minutes of play, and not recognizing the system of sewage treatment in the nearby town.
