  1. Trash not getting picked up

    I have a similar problem. I have two dumps, each with 8 extra truck garages. The trucks go out, and then drive around the entire city, but do not pick up any trash. They stop at a place with a blinking trash icon, but their load stays at 0/5 tons and they move to the next stop. It's killing my city.
