  1. Add a second incinerator module if your landfills are filling up too quickly.
  2. Well a clinic but that is the obvious answer. Ultimately, you should aim to prevent germs and sickness by having more educated sims. Be sure to get your Schools, College, and Universities running. Higher educated sims get sick less and burn down their homes less too

    You shouldn't be putting outflow pipes and water towers all over, those are meant to be temporary. You need to get the sewage treatment plants and water pumps asap!
