Hello, I've tried searching the forums to find out how to use maps from the downloads sections. So far I know that you have to put the .jpg and .bmp in the documents/SimCity4/plugins/regions folder and then select it from the list in region view. Am I doing something wqrong because when I tried that it just came up as a blank region. What am I doing wrong? or is this feature even available for mac? HELP PLEASE!

So what ecatly does this file do? Does it break down the information a little better so the computer can handle it better or...?
