I would do tvs instead as well. I have 3 parts of the factory doing TVs and one doing computers. It costs about 50% of your profit to make a computer and a lot less to make a tv.

What is your population at right now? Electronics (making processors, and then turning them into TVs and computer) should give you enough money to sustain over 150k people then you just need to figure out the utilities and public servants.

I'm having the same problem. It seems you cant keep Medium wealth people happy enough. Although I read they dont even like medium taxes and I had mine at 10 or 11%
