Hello OtisJenkins, at last I reach to resolve my issue with the directX. I don't know if it will work for you but My system wasn´t up to date so after 3 long updating days and a chkdsk of my hard disk, the installation of directX finally continues. So, I don´t know how is your system but I hope this will help you... Good luck

Hello guys, I got my Simcity games two days ago and I am still waiting to play... When I try to install the game, the first part goes well but at the second part for the directX installation, I got an error message : Internal error I tried to repair the directX, I checked the registry, I also repaired it with a registry repair tool and I tried to reinstall the directX files with the Micorsoft web installer but I still got the same error(see the screenshot) Is anybody got this issue or a solution for me please?

I am having the same issue, I´ve been searching for a solution since yesterday...
