I went to that link and the scanner just says "Your PC's Mobile Intel® 4 Series Express Chipset Family is below the game's minimum specification. The minimum specification to enjoy SimCity is a GeForce® 7800. Check below to see some upgrade options." So...can I run the game but it will be slow, or will it tell me that I can not load the game whatsoever. I remember back in the day with simcity2000 and my old win3.1, i spend weeks running back and forth to the computer store getting parts and switching out stuff until it finnally worked.

Hello all. I have waiting for years for this game. I have played this game since I was a kid...anyway. I have met all the requirements except my graphics sets up is an intel express series chipset. It is has 128 instead of the 256 required for the 2013 game. Will I be able to even run the game? I would like to download and play the game some then purchase a workhorse at a later time.
