  1. I was able to install and load and start the game just fine. However, when it is time for me to Create a Game, I can select a region, but it will not let me claim a City. A message comes up that says: "Unable to create your city at this time. Please claim a city again." And I've tried many times and can't get by this part. Ugh...

    I guess 20 was the magic number because it finally created a city.
