I have a region that I'd like to install into the App Store version of SC4. It would appear that this version is sandboxed. The region I am trying to install has a .jpg file and a config.bmp file. So I follow the old method of opening SC4, making a new blank region, quit the app, move the config file and .jpg file into the region folder in ~/Library/Containers/com.aspyr.simcity4.appstore/Data/Documents/SimCity 4/Regions/. The problem is, when I issue the cntrl-opt-shift-r key combo, the file browser appears broken. It can't see the .jpg file in the folder for my region and it can't browse anywhere in the file system to look for other files. Is there a way to do this? Is there a specific directory that the file browser can see?
