I can only recomend that you buy this game. I only have memory issues if i use the Window-Button to get out of the game and then go back in. After a few times the game will be very slow. It can be fixed by going out of the game and then back ind. Its a fix that takes seconds. I use Steam btw.

It is strange that so many people have problems with lag in Cities XL 2012, because i dont. I only get lag if i use the windowsbutton during a game. As long as i stay in game i dont get any lag at all. I can play for hours on the same city without problems. I do have a powerfull computer, but again, the lag only came when i used the windowsbutton to open up a browser or anything like that. For me this is the best citysimulator ever, but i do hope Simcity will be much better.
