Remakes of the simcity 2000 arcologies would be awesome, I've always kept my eye out for that. Also, check out the artists conceptuals on NASA's website...that's what I see, just expanded to create a full colony.

recreating Penn State would be a great way to build a city though, atleast Old Main and like the HUB or something, the architectual engineering and the new ITS building would be cool too.
