Hey randall ill tell you from experience that the stated 2 gb ram and the intel E6500 dual core with a nvidia card would be the very bare minimum , with those specs the game would be very laggy and miserable to play those are the specs of my old computer and let me tell you it sucked hard. Even the specs above are way above what you stated you have. Origin states that the ideal processor is a i5 processor with hd 4000 (built in) would be sufficent to play ( i agree ), as i have a i7-3770k and its no problem at all. I hate to give you bad news but better to save that 60 $ for a i5 and mobo and you could build a nice pc with good parts around a i5 for a few hundred and it will last, and have much upgrade-ability. As far as i know the specs have pretty much remained the same ( as far as i know ) from the beginning it would be a heavy load on the processor and they have reccomended the i5 for low end processor.
