Yes it appears the manual is now gone. I found the manual really informative and interesting. Especially the mention of the simcity store function. Hopefully I get to use keyboard shortcut list in the upcoming beta test.

I believe the rollercoaster bridge was made automatically after completing the drag and drop of the road.

From the look of this airport it is clearly not of international standard. I would assume it is a regional airport due to the size of aircraft pictured and the limited infrastructure (terminal and hangers). The runway layout is very strange too.
