    Is it possible to get rid of all industrial buildings in my city and just focus on commercial ones, because the industrial ones are ruining my environment and its negatively influencing the rest of the city. And how can I assign deals with neighboring towns so that my civilians can get jobs from out of town. Is it that possible?
