Cant even play after updating, I just get a server select screen with no servers in. -
So how do I get the "out of Money" problem under control?

I have stopped playing the game now due to this, my city was doing fine until the last update and now all I ever see is "out of money" and then abandoned buildings even though I have no unemployment in the city. -

I did think the same thing myself.

It appears two people did join my region today but when I logged on the cities had been abandoned, claimed one of them and it was going bankrupt. Had a look and somehow 2.6 Million had been sent to the other city as a gift but that also owes money so not sure what is going on. Worst part is both these city's are either side of mine so might end up deleting the region and starting again.

That might answer why nobody has joined my region then.

Had the same problem, ended up just starting a region on my own.
