Hi, Looking for a little advice on how to fix a city I am running atm. Here is the issue: when I first put in my elem school it was overcrowded in minutes ended up with 950 students. Eventually added a high school and put a cc in my ind zone. had 4.5 caps and 2.5 tech. after awhile my enrollment went from 100% to about 30% and my ind has gone to the dogs wanting more skilled workers but I cant seem to get ppl to go to school. I even added a unv but the enrollment is under 100 in a city of 10k+ Anyone have any Ideas how to fix my problem. BTW I have 6 library's placed throughout my city too. Thanks

32 mil in an electronics / mining city. Although had lots of trouble with keeping things running smooth. Plants and refinery would shut down oftin due to worker shortage. Couldn't zone anything was out of land! My budget was in the red by around 60k an hour too, crazy how much services can run.

I also like the changes in 7.0! I find the only downside to raise and lowering of roads is you lose more zoning area. I guess its a small price to pay for better traffic flow!

Kallakiota, The Ctrl S and exit worked great! Now I got to try and find the London region since I deleted a city and it is gone from it now....

Z1 - I had reinstalled everything after the crash OS game mods apps I use ect. It was a complete reinstall! Kallakiota - I will give that a try tnx!

Hello, I recentlly had a system crash {not caused by sc4} and had to reinstall sc4 deluxe {steam download}. I also installed the mods I was running at the time of the crash. These are as follows: NAM and RTMTv3.5, the issue I am having is I get a big banner or box at the region screen of the city I am working on. I got it when I just ran RTMT then I removed all the RTMT items from my city and removed the mod. Although I still got the banner/box at region screen, after I deleted the city I added NAM and it played fine that I could tell. After I added the RTMT v3.5 I started having the same problem. I looked into updating to 3.60 but it looked like a pain in the butt and was a little confusing on what to delete from where.
