To me, all these lines running acroos the water and the highway brdge look messy. I ( according to my personnal tasts ) try to keep it as clean as possible. eg there are power underwater power lines you could use. Also concerning the natural electric plan , sure is a good idea for the environement but to me still looks messy. It really is up to you. Keep up the good work however... love the overall feel of your city. cheers
