I would have to say London, partly out of loyalty but also because I think the world capital should be somewhere truly multicultural where you can find people from all over the world, and London must be one of the few places in the world where you can find people from every country in the world!

You are not the only one having problems, the game has gone down twice now in the last 2 hours, I think they are really overloaded.
