Hi Michael, it's kind hard to tell from the picture, but it sorta kinda almost (getting really weasley here, huh?) looks like one of the 'walkway' textures that comes with the NAM, the 'cobblestone' I think. The reason I say that is the color and the size....

Hi there JareX and welcome to ST. I'm assuming you have either the Rush Hour or Deluxe editions, right? Without those the NAM doesn't work. The boxes mean you're missing a dependency. Did you go to the official site and get the updates? No one can say what are 'must haves' because we don't know what your playing style is. That being said, look for 'BSC' 'CSX' 'NDEX' also look through some of the CJs (City Journals) and look at the Omnibus to get you started. Good Luck! (If you need more help, look for 'Help Squad' members in peoples Sig's. and send a message to them, but it really would help if you could be more specific about what you need/want) Final thought, do your best to keep your plugins folder clean and tidy, that will help you a lot!

And I saw Cream at one of their first performances in the Golden Gate panhandle (just south of Height/Albury). Saw the Doors at the Buckminster Fuller festival in Marine. Picketed against the war (in Viet Nam) with Joan Baez. Some of that time is a blur (Don't ask, I wont tell!) Watched the landing on TV like the rest of the country and was so very proud. It really was exciting and the only thing we worried about was Viet Nam (boys about getting deferred and girls about their friends, lovers, family), no one had heard of thing like AIDS, pot and LSD were easily obtained. Gas was cheap and responsibility was just a word. Of course if you had been born in 1946 like me you would be 60 years old now like I am. You have your whole life before you, I hope you have a good one!

Well, we have a new record for consecutive days in triple digits, twelve! Previous record 9. Lows have been in the mid to high 70s (F) 53 people have died as a direct result of the heat statewide (CA)! The high that was parked over us is starting to move off so things should start cooling down, Thank goodness....

Hi Darthjoel, welcome to ST. As for things on the STEX, it depends on what you d/led, if it's a res it has to grow, rewards you have to earn depending on the requirements. Some of the C and I are plop able, look in landmarks. Most of this info is in the 'readme' that is your first line of information. If this doesn't help you could you tell us what particular d/l you are looking for (and the creator)? Good luck

At 11 PM last night it was 89 F, and the low was 81 F We had record power consumption in CA and it was a Sunday, today they're talking rolling blackouts! Only 108 F predicted for today

As Dmrsunz said those are Peg's piers, what Dmrsunz failed to mention is that they are rewards. Once you d/l them and install them in your plugins folder (they come with an installer for PCs) you have to plop so many CDK and have so much population (sorry, don't recall the requirements right now) or you have to use one of the reward cheats.
