Hello, I create a custom lot, and place a basic building and put it in plugin manager and edit sample i customize the police kiosk since it has no police patrol i edit it via plugin manager but apply and ok. then when i check ingame. There still no Police patrol may i know how to enable this and to others like, included the airplane / Helicopter / boat in my future projects? thanks for immediate response.

I download sim city 4 deluxe in torrent but there is a problem i cant update it, i download many patches but it doesnt works i download many buildings but it doesnt come up in. because there is no plugins folders only files in when i check the find target.
