    Oh! And, no, it does not replace the original casino. In pursuit of realism I just let your coastline be the limitation on the number of Casinos.

    This lot lists under Parks, but it functions just like a Casino. On the MS Gulf Coast you can build casinos, but only on water. So this lot has a water restriction. You can build as many as you have coast to build them. The advantage is $1000 in your pocket a month. The disadvantage is crime. The UI is modded to reflect that it's a Casino. Enjoy.

    This is great, I live near an oil refinery and we have lots of these off the coast. In my region patterned after where I live I really have a need for this. Great!!

    This is a 4x4 Hedge Park with sparkling lights and effects. I modified it only slightly to improve the park effect so it would be good near residential. Hope you like.
