[/quote] I have found that I can't place many on existing roads. If I clear a section of road, place the bus stop (use HOME key to rotate), and re-run the road it will usually work.

The other stops seem to work correctly. I can place an Avenue Bus Stop with nothing around it and try to run avenues over/through it and it turns red and won't allow placement. Vice versa the Avenue Bus Stop turns red if I try to place it on an existing avenue.
