Hi guys! I've got a problem in one of my bigger cities. There is a small high school, but it is full of school kids, so I wanted to replace it by a bigger highschool. The only problem is, it doesn't want do go away. When I try to bulldoze it, then it looks like it's falling, but under the falling building appears a new one. And everytime I lose 90 §imoleons. I can only delete it by putting up a few volcanoes, so that they hide it, but that destroys all the buildings next to it. Can somebody help me? I know I had this problem already, but I can't remember what I did to solve it. I am using Simcity 4 + Rush Hour expansion pack ( no deluxe edition9. Thank you!

I've solved the problem. Well not completely. I dezoned the school (don't ask me why it worked =). ANd then I was able to build a hospital over it. The only weird thing is, that I still can see part of the school sticking out, and the school is fully functional. Kids are still going to school (inside the hospital ^^). Well thanks guys. I'll just continue on playing like this.

yeah! I tried putting a building in exactly the same position next to it, but it still didn't want to go. The only god tool that works is the volcanoe, but then I have to destroy the surrounding buildings as well. The autosaurus and the Robo whatever it's called don't work. whats the landfill eraser and where can I get it??

That worked fine. It's only in that city. I know I had that problem once before, but I forgot how I solved it.

no. It's funny. I can destroy everything else (except garbage ) And it's only the schoolbuilding. The tiles and the parking cars and so on, I could destroy. This is so annyoing!

Well I've tried what you suggested, mrbisonm. But it didn't work. I've got quite a lot of downloaded buildings in Simcity + the Network Addon Mod + a few power new power plants (such as microwave) + a few hospitals + the RAH Watair cleaner and all kinds of stuff. The only real mod is NAM .

no. it's the one that was in the game. The smaller high school, that you have in Simcity 4.

I already tried. It says, that I can't build there because the space is blocked (by the school).

I spend a lot on Masstransit. I always build it from the beginning. But it's usually Trains and buses. I'm usually to late on subways, because the buildings are so hoigh, that I can't see the busstops I want to bulldoze. I don't like deleting my buildings for elevated or monorails. But sometimes I build monorails from the start.
