Just yesterday a new tower in Philly was approved for construction. It is the Comcast Center on 1 Pennsylvania Plaza. It's height is 972 feet with 57 stories, i think it would make a beautiful building to have in anyone's Sim City. Unfortunately my design skills are quite lacking, thats why im posting this request. here are some pics
