  1. I just installed Sim City 4 again after years of not playing it because I remembered how good it was. Here's the problem though: Stutters like hell when scrolling about the map and even the cars stutter when the camera is stationary. Specs: Intel Core 2 Duo E8400 3Ghz 2 * 8800 GT SLI 4Gb 1066Mhz Ram Raptor 150Gb hardrive Vista 64 Running at 1680*1050 at max settings This machine should totally annihilate SC4. Does anyone else have this problem?
