oh my bad I read your post wrong. I do have built in speakers and they are working and I even plugged in headphones and the game still is not working, just shows the bridge

i do not have any speakers or headphones plugged in, any other suggestions?

When I attempt to start the game by clicking the desktop icon, the bridge background starts to appear for 5 seconds then disappears and nothing happens after that. I am using disc two and it should be readable since i just reinstalled the game and everything went okay. I have restarted the computer many times already(which usually works), and i made sure the game is not running in the background. -I have the deluxe version -moved plugins out to make sure there were no problems -Reinstalled game Computer specs are Processor-AMD Phenom II N640 Dual Core Processor 2.90 GHz System Type-64 bit operating system RAM-4.00 GB Windows 7 Graphics-ATI Mobility Radeon HD 4200 Series

1. Does it have any bugs? 2. What kind of plugins can you install with it? 3. Do i need it since I am new SC? 4. Will it affect an already halfway built city? 5. Does it have dependenices? 6. Does it have any new buildings? 7. What stage do skyscrapers come in, compare original to Cam? Thanks
