Do sims like a view? Does your property value go up if you zone residential next to the ocean? Or on the edge of a cliff? I know it goes up next to city hall or a park, but what about next to just the natural elements of the region (as i said, ocean or cliff)

I was curious in Sim City 2013 if there were negatives to bull dozing buildings. Does it make close sims unhappy? cost? lower property values? If there is no negative, can you just bulldoze whole zones and it will automatically repopulate with new things? If you don't like the types of buildings....bulldoze and get new ones? Thanks!
