I have put mutiple lot mods such as Air Purification Plant, DEDWD highway walls and jasoncw air filter and so far there has been a little improvment but the road pollution is still high want to get rid of it because it gives the buildings like a smokey tint that just looks ugly

I am having problems keeping the air pollution down in my city. I set up my city with avenues and a main highway cutting though and once i get a a high population going there are a lot of cars causing pollution i try to put trees parks ect. and even mass transit like bus stops and monorrails but the citezens dont use them so if there is like a mod or just tips please help me
